How Our Early Injury Management Process Works
1. Immediate Injury Notification
Contact HireHealth as soon as an incident occurs
2. Rapid Functional Assessment
One of our licensed Clinicians assess what the worker can safely do. We do this over a Video visit. Based on the injury type, we may request the worker to come to our clinic, or we can come to site to perform an assessment
3. Suitable Duties Guidance
We provide clear, written recommendations for modified work.
4. GP Escalation (If Required)
Based on the assessment, we may recommend that the Worker visit with their GP if we deem the it is clinically necessary
5. Employer Report
You receive a clear, practical duties plan
